Access control system offers protection for residential and commercial property, regardless of whether it is used for offices, banks, airports, shops, private property, or simply providing security for staff and clients. The objectives of access control systems are often described in terms of protecting system resources from inappropriate or unwanted user access.

The system provides some of the most rewarding, sophisticated access control and card reader for all types of customers. Our systems can be integrated into the internal television, make a system to control multiple applications and provide an opportunity for in-depth coverage of events.

The main aim of the research and development is to focus on designing systems that are simple from a user point of view, to justify the cost of all the functionalities and the provisions that are necessary for the efficient conduct of the organization.

Using access control systems is simple: the user must prove they have the right to access a particular location. The user gives his or her information (in the form of contactless card numbers or fingerprints or any other biometric features) to the same reader that sends information to access control system.

The system comparesthe user data (e.g. number of contactless cards) witha list of their data and rights that have been entered intothe system. On this basis, the system approves orrejects the request (forexample, to unlock power locks and allowing theuser to pass through the door), and each event isrecorded in the log. Reader provides feedback to the userabout approving or rejecting the request (e.g., beepsor changes in color to signal light reader).

These conditions an organization can implement with the automated system that can provide adequate control of working hours.

Both controls, access and working hours have a common means of identification (e.g. card reader) and in some cases the software.

Time enrollment is done as follows: when the employee enters or leaves the company, card is passed through a reader. During the registration event, the employee must first press the appropriate function key on the reader (the controller). Text displayed on the display controller allows the employee to immediately check whether the event is properly registered.
Registered data are transmitted to a computer that is connected to the controller via a communication converter. If the client also uses the access control system, control of working hours (or several such controllers) can be incorporated into existing lines of communication as an additional controller.
The data is transferred to your computer every time a connection is established between the computer and control - always or occasionally. When the connection is not established, the registered data is recorded in the internal memory controller. Since the memory capacity is limited, the user must ensure that data is transmitted at a time, otherwise part of the collected and registered data may be deleted.
